Style template samples (Word 2007 to 2013)
Most people are familiar with content templates, in which document sections are already labelled and you just fill in the content. This page contains style templates, which have a document's branding already built in: fonts chosen, a place for the logo, lists and bullets already styled and aligned with the content, and more.
You are free to make these templates your own! Modify anything you like. I would appreciate the credit if someone asks, but I won't hold you to it.

e-Book template
There are many options for publishing e-books, and the option you choose will determine what your file setup looks like. The template provided below comes from lulu.com.
With no cover
The templates that have no cover also have the headers and footers the same on every page, meaning that the margins are not mirrored.
With 2-sided cover
If you decide to use a one-sided cover instead, consider where the Table of Contents will go, and where your actual content will begin. A one-sided cover is ok for one-sided printing, but can look unplanned with two-sided printing.
